We have a Land/Sea/Land trip coming up next summer. Part of our party will have a car but I was planning on us either taking Disneys transportation or private transportation to the cruise terminal. My question is, can we leave the car at BCV (we will be returning to the same resort after the cruise)?

No, you cannot leave the car at the WDW resort parking lots. We always take our rental car to the Port as it is very reasonable to rent and then park there. Very easy to disembark the ship and hop into the vehicle to head back to WDW, too.

I can't imagine you are the only person with this issue. I would call DCL and ask. If you get no where there, there must be someone at WDW you can talk to. Try your Hotel first.

We won't have a rental car. We have 5 families (Parents, Brother, Sisters and us) Half our group is flying to WDW and half are driving. I wanted to travel to the port together but there isn't enough room in the cars that will be there for our whole party.
I guess that means the people that drive to WDW will have to drive to the port? So we won't be able to go together, but maybe the 3 families that are driving can follow each other over and the two families that are flying can go together?

Many rent a car at WDW specifically for the use of driving back and forth to the port. It may save you money to do so. But by all means, you can take Disney Cruise Line Buses or order a town car service.

They will store luggage at your WDW resort if you are staying before and right after your cruise, with bell services. But leaving cars there is not allowed.

Sounds like you will have a great cruise with so many friends and families going together! :)

Disney Transportation charges $75 per person but you can easily rent a car for less than that and drive over yourself. It was very easy because we drove to the rental car company and a shuttle bus dropped us off right in front of the entrance. The driver will even help unload your luggage. If you don't care about the cost, you can using private transportation but a rental car was a good way to go.

I like staying at the Radisson Resort at the port the night before, as they let me park my car in their lot for the duration of the cruise -- for free!
