Where to island vacation

We've done Hawaii and Mexico and are looking for somewhere else to try. Three travelers, myself, DH and DD (16). Looking for a place that offers us lots to do including hiking, sightseeing and shopping.

Considering St. Lucia (difficult to get to from Pittsburgh), Punta Cuna and St. Thomas.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

We were just in St. Lucia last March. We flew from Pittsburgh to Charlotte to St. Lucia. Do those flights not exist anymore?

Its a very beautiful island. Of the 3 you mentioned, I would definetly choose St. Lucia.

Really? What time of the year did you travel? Do you happen to recall what days of the week you traveled?
