Where to go on the Wonder to change your dining assignment?

We are sailing Monday on the Wonder. Where do you go to change your dining assignment?

As you board you'll be given a newsletter called the "Navigator." It will list "dining changes" in there. The location has been known to change from cruise to cruise.

Both times I've been on the Wonder (late '16 and this past June) - it was in the Promenade Lounge.
