when you look at Us website don't miss the annual passes - because if you intend to go more than a couple of days this year to US - it can be a good bargin. - especially the 2-park power pass - it does NOT include free parking - but a regular ticket to US doesn't either.

We bought the 2 park pass that is good for up to 7 consecutive days on the US website. It was a great deal for us.

Please don't flame me, I bought 3 tickets on ebay for $50.00 each. It was for 2 parks & each ticket was good for 14 days. We only needed them for 2 days, got a great deal.

Just got back last eve. The parks were empty.:cool1:

no offense to you - but EBAY would be the last place I would go for tickets to any place.

too many people have been had - brought a ticket only to find it was used. complainted to ebay and got told they got a ticket.

no where did it say it was still useable.

now this is what another website reported - don't know if it is true or not.

No offence at all PatJ ;) My ebay advice is, you need to check the sellers rating and if they have been selling for years, with great feedback, you can get some great buys, as I have found. :thumbsup2

I have done this many times.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Disneyfan2, I see you are from Ontario. If you have an Air Miles card you can get Universal passes from them using airmiles. We got three for our upcoming trip basically for free since I collect airmiles anyway, and never seem to use them for anything.

I agree.:thumbsup2 We bought the Preferred Annual Passes when they had a special that you got a second year free. This also includes free parking and awesome hotel discounts for their onsite hotels. (approx $100/nt discount) Their onsite hotels are all 4* and on par w/ Disney's deluxe and within walking distance from the parks or a short water taxi ride.
The best perk of all is that if you stay at one of their onsite hotels (Royal Pacific, Hard Rock Hotel and Portofino Bay), your room key works like an unlimited fast pass and you bypass every line. (with a few exceptions, like WDW, not all attractions have an Express line. It's so worth the extra $ and you gotta stay somewhere, right? You don't need any AP to stay onsite but it sure makes the price a little easier to swallow. You will be so spoiled after just 1 nts. stay which gives you FOTL privileges for 2 days, day you check in and day you check out.
You only need 1 PAP to get the hotel discounts unless you need 2 rooms. (1 room per AP holder.)
Ours have paid for themselves just in hotel savings. Also when you stay onsite, you get preferred seating at the City Walk restaurants which means you don't need to book in advance to get a TS meal. :cloud9:
Once you get a PAP, it's only $99 to renew too so we will probably renew at least 1.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I am a very experienced Ebay buyer and seller, Member since: 23-Feb-97.
I have bought and sold 100's and 100's of items. feedback at 603 (99.9%, 1neg) with over 1,000 transactions.
I bought 3 tickets for Disney Quest 2 years ago from a seller with over 200 feedback at 100%. Great communication.
Tried to use the tickets to be told they had already been used. Tried claiming back thru Paypal but was too late. Seller never replied to my emails again.
I lost my $60+$3 shipping off Ebay. I then had to pay gate price for DQ around $105 Total cost $168. If I had used somewhere like ticketmania they would have cost around $75.
I was like you bought tickets no problems many times but you only need one experience like this to wipe out any savings you have made.
Ebay is great I buy 3 or 4 items every week but will never buy tickets again.

Wow how horrible. I have been selling for 8 years I have a total of 1847
100% Positive Feedback. I learned about Bad sellers this past summer. I got burnt several times, each time when I bought a Gucci item.

I guess, I'm very lucky with the UV ticket sales, & I don't think I will buy off of ebay again.

Thanks for your honesty, & advice.
