Okay, so here's the thing: If we end up with any food credits on the day we leave, I'd like to use those food credits to buy sandwiches for the road to be eaten THE NEXT DAY. That means that they'll be in a cold ice chest overnight to be eaten the next afternoon.
With that in mind, can you think of any place (preferably NOT in a park, but could be in a park if it'll hold even an extra day) that has really good cold sandwiches. Maybe something on a hoagie roll?
I thought I'd bring some saran wrap and wrap each one up tight and individually, and then put them all in a big ziplock baggie to be eaten the next afternoon.
Thoughts?
I like the idea of Earl of Sandwich, but are there any sandwiches or wraps on that menu that you think would hold well overnight?
