You find a design or image you want. Yes, you print it out. You can print it directly on magnet paper. Or you can print it on "regular" paper (photo, colored, whatever you wish) and then place magnets on the back of it.

Just print it out on your color printer, take it to your office supply store of choice and have it laminated for a couple bucks. Then get some sticky magentic tape (craft store) and place on your picture at a few places - don't really need a lot. Voila!
I googled for "Disney Clip Art" and found a few sites with some really great images. We used "Avery Magnet Sheets" and a Inkjet Printer, there was no issue with the print quality, any ink issues, or with the sheets sticking to the doors.
