Where to get "activation code" to set up DVC account online 4 years AFTER purchase...

Hi All. My daughter & I bought DVC membership together in Nov 2015, but we never set up a dvcmember.com account for her, since I plan all the vacations. BUt now that she is older, we thought we would set up an account for her. Of course I cannot find the letter I received with the activation code on it, since I already had an account at the time, as it was my 2nd membership. (first one is with my husband)
Is there an email address I can write to or will Member Services be able to give me one?

Call Member Services and then choose Member Administration at the prompt. They got everything done for us last Fall when we had issues with activation codes.
