Ok, I'm not a beer drinker and not really in to wine, I prefer the hard stuff! :drinking1 I know you can get margarita's in Mexico but where else in the parks can you get a good stiff drink?

EPCOT: Grand Mariner slushees in France are quite good, UK has a full bar. Also consider trying the "Rosa Regale" in Italy--it's a sweet sparkling red wine that even people "not into wine" generally love. If it's cold, Viking Coffee in Norway is very good. Sure I'm missing a couple places around World Showcase.

Hollywood Studios: Tune-In Lounge, next door to Prime Time Cafe, has a full bar. Get there early if you want a seat. I believe this is the last full bar left in the park, tho. (Catwalk Lounge, you are gone but not forgotten...)

Animal Kingdom: Full bar in Africa, outside next to Tusker House (at least there was, haven't thought to check since they converted the restaurant to a buffet). Also an indoor full bar, with somewhat limited seating, in Yak & Yeti in Asia.

Magic Kingdom: No alcohol. But if you hop the monorail, each of the resorts has a highly themed bar. Quaff a "backscratcher" at the Poly and you'll be set for the rest of the day. :)

and if all else fails you hop the bus to DTD. The bartenders at the Rainforest Cafe mix up a good drink:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Oh yes I forgot about the bar at AK. That's a nice place to chill out. Those backscratchers are yummy aren't they? That's worth a visit back to Poly :) We'll have to check out UK this trip.
