Where to find refurb schedule?

Hi all!
Where can I find the Disneyland refurb schedule so we can plan our trip accordingly. I would hate to miss any of the rides we are looking forward to.

You can find it on Disneyland.com. They only know it about 3 months in advance though. Go into the calendar, then click on a date and that day's schedule, including refurbs will come up.

Mouseplanet.com and visionsfantastic.com has never led me wrong and they always put it out there way before DL.com does.
