Where to find Peter Pan?

Where is the best and maybe quietest place to find Peter Pan in WDW? I tried allears.net but couldn't really find him in their listings. Thanks for your help,

The best place we have ever seen Peter Pan is the KidCot station in the England/UK @ Epcot. He was sssooo much fun and 100% Peter Pan. It was the BEST!

We've seen him a few times outside of PoTC in Adventureland. Usually he's with Wendy, occasionally Captain Hook and Mr. Smee as well.

My husband thanks you. He snuck this pic in while I was at City Hall, and you're right, it's the top of the train station. He did a good job, he said you have to use your flash!

Outside POTC with Capt Hook and Mr Smee...Peter Pan was hands down THE BEST character we met all week!

I've seen him at Pirates of the Caribbean and Town Square at Mk and in the courtyard in front of Great Movie Ride at MGM in the past. It's been years since I've seen him at EPCOT, but I know he does make random appearences there occasionally. Out of all of them, I thought Pirates and UK (when he's there) are the best. Last time I was at Pirates, Peter was there and had no line at all to see him. He was actually a little peeved that everyone wanted to meet Hook and not him.

Peter is my favorite! We have seen him with Wendy in front of Expo Hall at park opening and seen him at Cindy's breakfast once. My favorite encounter with Peter was when we saw him outside the Contemporary down by the dock. He was "carrying" Tinkerbell and running around being Peter. The CM that was his handler seemed to have her hands full keeping up with him. I hope you get to see him as he is the real deal!
