So I am horrible at keeping secrets, and wanted to plan our Aug/Sept trip to Disney to celebrate my bf graduating from college in August after his internship is complete plus his birthday which is later in Sept. Well obviously that lasted two minutes because I was so excited!!

Anyway, my bf really appreciates a good steak, and I wanted to know where are the best places to make my ADRs so he'll get some birthday steak! I'm already planning Le Cellier (based off reading alot of reviews) and Coral Reef (he loves aquariums) and Raglan Road (we went once before and he loved this place).

What about California Grill? Or the Yachtman's Steakhouse? Please share your experiences and any other suggestions you might have!

Thanks!
Betsy

:goodvibes Hi, I am subscribing to your thread because I am interested in what everyone will say....we are going this July and many of my ADRs are for what I feel are basically steak places, Le Cellier, Yachtsman and CAli Grill. I absolutely loved the steak I had at LeCellier last summer and we're going back again, but I don't know anything about these other places...looking forward to what everyone will write!!!:goodvibes

Another steak lover here! Interested in what everyone else will say. I'm also going in August. TIA :thumbsup2

Le Cellier has a great Filet Mignon we go there every year!

Coral Reef has the best steak I have ever eaten. It's the New York Strip steak, definitely worth the price and any wait you may have to be seated.

The Yachtsman is awesome! I have had 8 special dinners there for birthdays and other occasions over the last 9 months and they have always been great. They still handcut their steaks everyday and freshly prepare all of their food.

The Chefs and Managers there still understand Disney Guest Service.

Have a great time where ever you choose.

DH had steak at both Le Cellier and at Chef's de France - and preferred the latter. Although both were fabulously tender, CDF had more flavour. I LOVED the mushroom filet at Le Cellier but I think that was the only time I ate beef (ate mostly seafood as I come from a beef capital).

IMHO & DH Yachtsman is the only place for good steak.
CG sometimes has a special which is good & Narcossees is good as well.
AP we go for the buffalo steak which is terrific.

LeCellier once was enough & we feel the same way about Shula's. Quality leaves much to be desired.

Yachtsman for steak or Shulas great choices , last trip I had a fantastic steak at CG and stayed for the fire works at nine can't beat the location

Studios
Mama Melrose - Steak Gorgonzola

Animal Kingdom Area
Jiko - Fillet

Epcot
LeCellier - Fillet with Mushroom Risotto

Magic Kingdom Area
Victoria & Albert's - for those without a food budget for their trip :)

I have heard the steak at Flying Fish Cafe is to die for...I plan on giving it a try.

We just got back on Sunday. Of all the places we ate, the best steak we had was the Fillet at Jiko in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. At Epcot, Le Cellier has the best fillet by far.

sHULA's for the best plain meat, Jiko's or CG for more of a filet with a sauce type experience.

Thank you so much everyone for all your suggestions, I definately think we are going to add Yachtsman, California Grill and perhaps Jiko to our ADRs!

Shula's has absolutely the best steak on WDW property! :thumbsup2

I had an incredible steak at Coral Reef. Maybe you could request a table next to the tank its incredible!!
