Where to eat on Easter

I am taking my mom to Disney for her 50th birthday. It will just be the 2 of us and we will be there on Easter. Any suggestions of good places to eat on Easter? I have been to Disney 12 times, but never for Easter. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I went when I was little and went to Cinderella's table during the fireworks. It was amazing!
