Where to eat first night? First time visitors!

If you mean you want to eat at MK, then I agree with Tony's.
Nearby, Whispering Canyon Cafe at WL is fun.

Consider NOT going to MK. (Maybe post a separate question asking advice on that one.) Since you are arriving late, the park will be crowded...especially Fantasy Land. You may be better off having your girls experience that for the first time after a good night's rest, in the morning when it is less crowded.

I agree with considering not going to MK.

I would take them to Chef Mickey's so they can see Mickey and the gang...plus the food is pretty good for a character meal.

If you want to go to MK than Crystal Palace is great for kids (winnie and the gand are there) and it is also only 1 ts. We prefer this for breakfast or lunch as the dinner is just so-so but the kids love it!

Also there is 1900 Park Fare at the GF with Cinderella.

All those above places can get your kids in the spirit without making them exhausted and dealing with lines imo.

Definitely Chef mickeys on the first night. I took my girls last year (they were also 5 & 7) on our first visit and it was a great start to our vacation.
