Hello All,

We typically don't like to spend too much time down in Disney Springs, but we will have a free evening and are planning to shop and grab dinner there. We are a party of 4, Myself, DH & 2 DD (2 & 6), where would you suggest? My husband and i used to always visit Raglan Rd prior to the kids, but wanted to try something new. We are up for pretty much anything, seafood, Italian, etc. Thanks!

The Boathouse has been getting quite a few positive mentions on these boards lately. Homecomin’ is another favorite table service. For QS, we like Polite Pig (BBQ and really interesting sides) and D-Luxe Burger for burgers and fries.

I really enjoy Homecomin' for a meal but if I'm just in the mood for something quick, the burgers at D-Luxe are delicious. We tried the Polite Pig last time and found the food good as well.

For quick, casual meals we like the basket (QS) window at Wine Bar George, D-Luxe burger is good but seating there can be a hassle at busier times and you may end up outside, Polite Pig is also a good one. Seating there can also be tight.

Even with small kids, I would not bother with Rainforest cafe since you may have one of those in your mall and the food is so meh! Same for Planet Hollywood. It's big and it's a dome but the food is mediocre at best.

For a nice sit down meal, you really can't go wrong with Wine Bar George, Homecomin and the Boathouse. I've not been to Jaleo so no feedback on that. Also, there's some great dessert options now too with the addition of salt and straw ice cream and everglazed can be fun with little kids.

Boathouse would be a good option.
You know your kids best, but frequently kids don't do well with a long TS meal.

Jaleo is my favorite restaurant at DS and one of my favorites at WDW (overall). Make a point to go every visit.

We love Homecomin, Raglan Road, and the Boathouse. We do enjoy The Polite Pig also and Blaze for pizza. And Ghirardelli’s for a treat if we skipped dessert earlier!

Our favorites are Wine Bar George (mostly apps on the menu), City Works was very good and a great selection of craft brews if that's to your thing and we really like House of Blues. The Juicy Lucy is 😋

We absolutely loved "Paddlefish" the other night, and as far as Disney prices go, thought it was very reasonable !
