Where to dine during Christmas week?

We're big on character meals but the prices during the Holidays are insane. Since we'll be there in October as well we'll get our character fix then.

Also, where would you go for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day ? We can't use our DDE card on those days so it would make sense to try places where the DDE is not accepted anyway. We won't be going in a park on the evening of the 25th.

Any advice ? DM likes pretty much anything but is not big on seafood.

At this point you better call and see what's available. I'd look at some of the resort restaurants as they can be easier to get into than some in the parks.

Have you considered the dining plan? We also like character meals, and since we will also be there during Christams we figure dining will be an escape from the crowds. My understanding is that even though the OOP charges change for the holidays the DDP charges are the same.

I would call and see what is ope I know a while back someone posted that Christmas day and Eve were already booked at a lot of places.

You could eat at Raglan Road in Downtown Disney on the day you weren't going to the park.

Thanks everyone for your advice, I just called and was lucky.. they had ONE candlelight processional package available for the 24th and I jumped on it
