Where to buy embroidered Mexican dress in Cozumel?

Is there somewhere close to the port where they sell the flowy embroidered dresses?

Just walk along the main road at the front near the port, parallel to the ship, lots of shops stalks and markets there.

When you leave the ship, you walk down the pier, then near the road up some stairs or escalator, then you hit some shops, they look nice, but do not buy there, go down to street level, and walk parallel to the ship, (North) and you will have shop after shop there, then you will get to a square with more shops.
