I am at my wits end looking for affordable furniture for my teenage boys room.
i have 2 teen boys who are now getting longer than their beds and their feet are hitting the footboards. They are in need of new dressers as well and I'd like them to each have a desk to study at.
I 'm looking for 2 of each of the following: twin headboard (just want a headboard because of their height), 6 drawer dresser, nightstand, desk (preferably with a small hutch).
I have been to Ikea, Target, and every furniture store I can think of. Ikea has a nice dresser and nightstand, but no desks that match and they don't sell twinn headboards. Target has a great desk and hutch and side table that would make a great nightstand, but no 6 drawer dresser or headboard. the finishes would not match at all. When I go to better furnitures stores, if they have a complete set, they are for little boys and look too juvenile for my teens. They also usually have beds with footboards, and not just a headboard.
Help! I'm going nuts...I need to get this furniture picked out and bought - they don't have a place to put their clothes. Where should I go?
