Where to book without car hire.

I'm wanting to stay offsite and everywhere I look comes with car hire I can't drive.
It might seem like a good deal to others but it's pointless for me. Then when I go though it and remove car hire it adds on £40 each for going via coach.

Is there good well know travel company that do packages without car hire.

Most companies add a "free" car. In reality it is not free, they are adding a car to then sell you overpriced insurance.
If they don't make money out if the car and have to provide a coach then they will add extra on to cover that service.

When buying a package 99% of the time you are better ignoring both the free car and the transfers and sorting out you own arrangements, either your own car hire or your own taxi. A taxi will cost you around $50 each way (maybe less to Idrive) for upto 4 people.

Your other option is like most of us do on here and book everything yourself, packages are rarely a good option.

Wayne is right the car isn't really free so don't let that out you off. What should put you off is the likelihood a package will cost you more full stop. If you are looking for a good Town Car Service for airport transepts I highly recommend Tiffany Town car. Look for a voucher, there's always one on line. You can book it all on line and I have found them very reliable. High end service quite cheap.
