My husband and I are going to have the opportunity this trip to sneak off without the kiddos for an evening. We are trying to decide where we should go to have a nice dinner for two. DH likes the idea of eating dinner in Epcot and then strolling around in the park for a bit by ourselves. Does anyone have suggestions on where we should go? We're looking for a good dinner and a slightly romantic atmosphere...somewhere we wouldn't normally go with the kids. Thanks for any suggestions.

For somewhere that i wouldnt go with kids - i would pick Bistro de paris - i had a wonderful meal there!!

Bistro is a nice place to get away from it all for a little bit. I would also suggest wandering over to the Epcot resorts and trying some of the nicer places there (Flying Fish, Yachstman, Palio, Blue Zoo, Shula's). These restaurants tend to be quieter and less hectic than any of the park restaurants and they are still only a short walk (or boat ride) from Epcot so you can still go and stroll around WS after dinner.

Blue Zoo is a great little place - got a really good atmosphere, great food and service! nice to have a stroll along the boardwalk and then back to epcot!

It would be Bistro de Paris in Epcot for us. We went there on our last night in July. It could become a new tradition for us. French food at its best. We'd not eaten food as good since we were last in France!!!

Quite expensive (well, very expensive), but it is lovely, not crowded, wonderful waiters, great wine list.
