DH and I will be going in September with my MIL and FIL. DH and I were trying to figure out where we'd like to eat. We have most of the PS places figured out, but we need help with lunch places and one or two dinners.

Here is what we have so far:

Sat. Night: Arrival day Ohana's for dinner

Sun: Epcot - Le Cellier for dinner

Mon: Magic Kingdom - Chef Mickey breakfast/Concourse
Steakhouse dinner

Tue: AK AM/Blizzard Beach PM - Whispering Canyon dinner

Wed: Magic Kingdom - Cindy's dinner

Thu: MGM AM - TBD PM

Fri: Epcot - Teppanyaki lunch? Dinner TBD

We will be staying on the concierge floor, so breakfast is pretty much taken care of except for that one character meal.

Could someone please recommend restaurants for lunch in the various parks (either counter service or table service? I am interested in trying Also, we need places to eat for Thursday and Friday. DH, FIL and I all like steak and MIL only eats fish. FIL also likes seafood but none of the rest of us do.

Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

In AK we really like Tusker House for lunch. They have a delicious vegetable sandwich and rotisserie chicken. There is some really nice outdoor seating around the back.

We haven't had much luck with counter service in MGM, but have had a great lunch at 50s Prime Time.

In Epcot we really enjoy the Sunshine Season Food Fair in The Land for lunch. After so may PS meals, we often prefer some lgith choices, and this place fits the bill. Something for everyone.

Columbia Harbor House in MK is always a good lunch stop. Make sure to check out the additional seating upstairs--there is usually plenty of room.

You might consider Spoodles at the Boardwalk for dinner. It is a pretty walk from Epcot (through International Gateway), and they have fish, chicken, etc., nice preparations, good flatbreads and drinks.

Sounds like you've got some great eating planned. Good luck!

At MK, there is a great place called The Plaza Restaurant, it is located next to the ice cream palour. They have great sandwiches and soups and the ice cream from the ice cream palour. We tried it for the first time this year and really liked it. My mom and I shared a sandwich and the fabulous german potato salad.
The Cape May Clambake at the Beach Club has clams, mussels, peel and eat shrimp, baked fish, prime rib, spare ribs and other stuff along with a terrific salad bar that might please your whole crowd.
Prime Time 50s Cafe at MGM has really good fried chicken, pot roast and desserts.
Have fun!

The Flying Fish Cafe or Spoodles at the Boardwalk are good dinner choices.

For lunches: AK: definitely Tusker House
MK: Cosmic Ray's
MGM: Prime Time, Brown Derby or Sci-Fi
EPCOT: Sunshine Food Fair

We planned all of our dinners because we have a group of 13 going and it may be the one time of the entire day that we are all together. Lunches we decided would be too hard to plan as we may all be doing different things. Good luck

Here are the places we enjoy for lunch in each of the parks:

MK: Pecos Bills in Frontierland, Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square.

Epcot: The Land Food Court for counterservice, and The Garden Grille, San Angel Inn, Le Cellier or Tempura Kiku for sitdown

MGM: We aren't overly fond of the counterservice restaurants in this park, so we usually eat lunch at either 50's Prime Time Cafe (one of our favorites) or Mama Melrose (also a favorite).

Animal Kingdom: Tusker House for indoor dining or Flametree BBQ, if it isn't too hot outside.

Downtown Disney: Wolfgang Puck Express for counterservice, or House of Blues for sitdown (just ate there last night and it was fantastic!)
