Where On Earth is The Email Confirmation?

We have called 3 times for the email confirmation but we still haven't gotten it. We made the reservation on Saturday and every CM we have talked to said that it was weird we haven't received the email. Has anyone else who booked with the new discount still not gotten their email confirmation? Maybe they are just backlogged with all the people who are booking vacations. :goodvibes
 
Sometimes getting email is like washing socks; there's always some that find their way to the great sock heaven in the sky.

Seriously, check your junk mail folder, and junk mail settings, in general. I often find very important mail neatly filed for deletion, rather than in my inbox. Even email from my wife sometimes gets deleted automatically as spam.
 
We still do not have ours. I would prefer to have the email confirmation but I'm not 100% worried since I printed the new balance due from their website so at least I have something :lmao:

I got my email confirmation IMMEDIATELY after making my reservation on January 1st. I also printed up the page with my confirmation number on it as back-up. It's something I like looking at too. A physical reminder that I'm going to Disney! :cool1:
