Where is the tour bus parking lot

Hopefully someone can help me out on this one. DDs high school band is going to Disney but the last day they are spending at Universal. Since this coincides with the school's spring break several parents are vacationing in Florida, so we have to pick our kids up at Universal at 6:30pm before the tour buses head back to Pennsylvania.

We are not planning on spending the day at Universal. Is is possible to go over there, just park and then find the tour bus area?

Any ideas are welcome.

Usually the bus groups get on/off at the drop off/taxicab area. This is down the stairs/escalator from the rotunda that links the two parking garages to CityWalk.

We pick up our teens often there. I'm not certain how long they would allow you to sit and wait. We always just have the kids call us on the cell phone when they are headed toward the area. There are good signs directing the driver to guest pickup.

Once we were staying only ten minutes away, so that was real convenient. When we stayed farther away, we just picked a set time to meet them there.
