Where is the pin trading place in WDW?

I understand that I can look on the CMs lanyards, but someone mentioned that there was actually a place in DTD to trade? I got all these pins on sale, and would like to trade the duplicates. Where would the biggest selection to trade be? Does anyone know why some of the Magic pins came up at 1.12 and some came up at .62? TIA!!

You should ask this question over on the collectors board...mostly Pin collectors over there and they know lots of info!

The pin place in DTD is right across from the new toy store...inside they pin trade or you can go into the WOD(world of Disney) in the back where they sell pins they used to have a pin trading spot..not sure if it is still there since they opened up the pin store.

There are also "pin meets" at some of the resorts on certain nights:

Thursdays, 7-10 - All Star Sports
Fridays, 7-10 - Contemporary
Saturdays, 7-10 - Polynesian
Sundays, 7-10 - Boardwalk

Also, I think in the Villian's Room at World of Disney, DTD, between 2:30-6:30.

You'll also find lots of guests to possibly trade with!

No idea on the price differences, may have to do with release date?

Regarding Pin Traders in DTD; it actually isn't the greatest place to trade, particularly TDS pins. The ONLY people you'll find willing to trade for TDS pins are Cast Members. Traders aren't interested in them because they are about as common as sand on a Florida beach. And there aren't that many CMs working at the Pin Trader store (but lots and lots of traders who've probably traded with them already!).

So your best bet for trading is anywhere there are CM's. We've found our best trading takes place first thing in the morning, when the CM lanyards are 'fresh'.

You should definitely check over on the Collector's Board for more tips.
