let me spell out love: It's what this group on these boards feel for each other. It's what makes us stand up for each other and fight for what is right, it's also what makes us be willing to lend an ear (or pair of ears-gold ones) or a shoulder when needed.

Happiness and peace is hard to find in VMK now that I have my teleportation spell and I constantly am begged regardless of my signature telling people I don't want to trade. MissBelle and I found oursleves being told to shut up just because someone was "busy" and needed to get a hidden mickey. I really do think that VMK should have stayed in beta- when it opened up all the mean people barged in and took over our shiny, glittery, and fuzzy VMK. People that were here from day 1 need a magic pin- Degrasion (my new word, the act of degrading) Where we click on someone being mean and they get smaller
I'd love to make your hugging jamboree but I will be away and will face your fury when I get back.

I know what you are saying with this Card. I just think that the thread was to inform everyone about our get-together on Sunday, and not go into any other personal feelings. But don'y worry about those mean people (refering to Guest.... from yesterday that was rude to us). I believe in Karma and what come around goes around

**I wanted to add that we need to remember 2 things. First, this incident that is addressed by Cardinal happened after Card, Mickeysmagic and I went around giving out free pins (not magic) to people thoughout VMK. It was loads of fun and we will have many more "Free Pin Days" to come! Second, remember if we can't say something nice, we shouldn't say anything at all

Truthfully, Cardinal, it sounds as though your issues with the games are more of those addressed in the Haves/Have Nots thread. I went through the same thing with the Disney Gold Set and other things I got from the VMK tour. In the end, I wound up giving it all away to friends in the game.

My biggest dread, and the reason I feel like we all need a big hug fest, is that when I log on it seems like people are divided into all these groups....and some people don't feel welcome. I almost expect it to break out into a West Side Story type battle in Central Plaza one night It just seems like we are all adults so there should be less of this "well so-and-so doesn't like me" kind of things and more of "I had a great time in so-and-so's room". I dunno, I guess I haven't found a mortal enemy in VMK to disillusion me of my happy little place.

Now I am off to paint some happy little trees and spread rainbows and pixei dust throughout the people....oh wait, that was last night, today it's work

i know that feeling when i had the teleportation pin before it was out. yeah everyone was calling me a show off because i had it. but th etrade requests got annoying fast. and it does not stop there is now goes on for inferno.

about not feeling welcome i know exactly what you mean there. i do think one day the Plaza will have a huge fight.
