Where is the best take-out for Fantasmic in MGM?

We plan on just grabbing some food and eating while we wait for Fantasmic. It is me, DH, ds (6), dd (4), dd (2) and aunt & uncle. Is there any specific counter service you like? Any we should stay away from ?

We ate from several of the counter-serve choices, and enjoyed them all. Can't remember exactly what--except the turkey leg--but everything was good.

Great ? zakatak, I too am interested in people's opinions on this. I don't think I would use the dinner pkg. again under the new conditions. When we went in early Feb. a half hour before the show started our seats were no better than those who were filing in the regular area. Maybe it would be worth it during a real busy time but otherwise I like this "take-in food" idea.

There's a trio of counter service places on Sunset Blvd. just before you get to Rock'n Roller Coaster:

<b>Rose's All-American Cafe</b> - Burgers, Sandwiches, Chicken Strips, Fries & Salads

<b>Sunset Market Ranch</b> - Turkey Legs (aka Emu Legs..but that's another story ), Hot Dogs, Baked Potatos

<b>Catalina Eddie's</b> - Pizza!

All have Apple Pie for dessert. There's also an ice cream stand but I forget the name. Some of this stuff can be messy so remember to get plenty of napkins!! Oh, and it's all good, IMO!

Can you actually bring the food into the stadium and eat it while you wait for the show to begin?

One more question, how long (just a guess) do you think the wait will be the week before Thanksgiving?
