Staying at Park Vue Inn on Harbor Blvd. Is the target close by? Can we walk to it? I know there is a 7-11 and CVS down the street but are there any other stores/shops close by?

Target is in Garden Grove which is a couple of miles south on Harbor.

There's a Target on Harbor South of DL in Garden Grove. There's another off of Lincoln and the 5.

It would be a fairly cheap Uber/Lyft, or their is also the public transportation option. Not "far" away, but too far to walk, in my opinion.

That being said... The CVS and Walgreens have just about everything you could ever need except clothes. Our first night in Anaheim was the night of a 2-day road trip. I'd lost my glasses, my tummy hadn't worked in days, I'd forgotten to pack my toothbrush, and I had left my conditioner at the last hotel. CVS was able to solve all those issues, and more! Had some little souvenirs as well. Park Vue has a store on site with some shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants I think, among other souvenirs and general necessities.

Depends on what kind of clothes you need. One trip, DH forgot to pack pajamas (how does this happen?). A quick trip to the CVS resulted in the purchase of several clearance rack t-shirts and shorts. Are they super cute? Not really, but they have lasted a few years of regular laundry rotation. And since they proclaim their city of purchase loudly and boldly in large font, we will never forget where we bought them! CVS may also sell socks, underwear, stockings, and a few other "necessary" clothing items. The A-Mart next to the 7-11 also sells t-shirts and a few other clothing items.

Always great to know! I'll admit we only managed one side of the store (that is, the pharmacy side of things, lol), so I had no idea what clothing offerings they had.

I would look on a Google map to see where your hotel is and what's near by. That's what I usually do.

There's also a WalMart just up the 5 and Euclid (much closer than the Target).

If you have ART passes, one of their busses stops right across the street from it.

The Orange County Public Bus also stops right across the street from Target.

Before our last trip to DL we walked to the Target...took about 20 mins in the late August record-breaking heat! Then we took an Uber back to our hotel at Harbour & Katella. If I had to go again, I would Uber both ways.
