Where is Guest Relations @ AK?

I am getting ready to go (18 days! YIPEE!!!!!) and working out my last minute details. I have the pic for the free EE 5X7 and I know you need to redeem it at Guest Relations BEFORE going to EE. So is Guest RElations once I am INSIDE the park? I am thinking of being there at Rope Drop and wondering if I can redeem the certificate before entering the park or not.

It's to the far left of entrance. I believe it is inside the park, but it maybe both - inside and outside the park.

Just to clarify.

As was stated earlier,

Guest Relations is outside the gate AND inside the gate.

That is true of all the parks.
Many things must be "handled" for guests before they can enter the gates.

Guest Relations is open very early in the morning outside the park gates.
