Where is Eagle Point?

We just rented a villa there and I really have no clue as to where it is located. All I know is that it says 10 mins to Disney so Im assuming its close by.
We usually stay in the Lindfields area but since we waited to long to book I couldnt find anything we could use.
Where is Eagle Point in relation to Lindfields and Disney?

Eagle Point is down Poinciana. This would be east of Lindfields on 192, down past Old Town.
It's number 67 on this map, Lindfields is # 18 for comparison:
