Where in WDW do you eat dinner the day before a race?

I've done both the make your own pasta at Riverside and an early dinner at Trattoria al Forno before races. I aim to eat around 5pm that way I can be in bed by 7pm. And I definitely don't try anything new the night before!

Count me among those who prefer to go heavier at lunch the day before, followed by a light dinner. For the heavier lunch I'll do pretty much whatever I'm feeling at the time. For dinner I've found the salads at Earle of Sandwich t be a nice light option.
