OMG...just heard the numbers from the school shooting in Connecticut. What the hell is WRONG with this world? I am heartbroken.

They are saying at least 27 are dead. The shooter is dead but they are looking for a possible second shooter. So sad especially with Christmas around the corner.

Busy day; BIG football game tonight...we're "pumped" and ready to get this show on the road. A win tonight will send us to "Jerry's World" (Cowboys Stadium in Dallas) next Friday; a loss means I may actually get my Christmas preparations done before the 24th!

Here's what mine was:

I'm so mad. I must be the only person in America who is for MUCH stricter gun control. But since I am in a small minority, I guess we just have to expect to die every time we go the movies or the mall or we send our kids to school!!!! But by gosh, we can all bare arms. I'm sorry, I know that is too political to be appropriate here.

so sad to hear about that even more so that there were little kids involved

Apparently he killed his father then went to the school, his mother was a teacher there and killed her too. There is now a total of 20 kids dead.

No, I had 3 of my favorite students this afternoon. I was not just staggering around town sobbing and grabbing random children!

Well, it's over. I'm glad the boy (he was 22!) killed himself. And, there's nothing I can do about it so I am going to find another picture to crop and try to take my mind off this latest mass killing.

As expected, no trip to Cowboys Stadium next week...which isn't all bad...I just MIGHT be ready for Christmas by the 24th afterall. Our boys went down 24-7 but, lets just say "circumstances weren't ideal" . A clip on our kicker that just about broke his leg, while the Snakes were scoring a touchdown (right in front of us), was not called; 3 chop-block penalities called on the Bulls...FIRST time all year we've heard that called and we get it 3 times tonight?...and NO ONE around us EVER saw our boys do a chop-block... but the real "kick in the pants" came when a mysterious time out was called, "apparently" by our head coach BEFORE a play that scored a touchdown...our coach DID NOT call a time out...he was on the field in the refs face, literally jumping up and down , letting him know he DID NOT call a time out but to no avail...no touchdown then; no TD called on the next try either when our QB jumped ON TOP of the pile, clearly putting the ball in the end zone. Oh well, as the guy on the radio said, the "Cinderella Coach" of a season has turned back into a pumpkin but it sure was a "fun ride"!

The outcome would have most likely been the same...we played a great team. I just like it MUCH better when they "play FAIR"! The score was actually a LOT closer than the predictions...we were up to "30 point underdogs". It's just so frustrating....that "timeout non-touchdown" would have changed the momentum A LOT. We could just see "the air going out of their balloon" after those 2 calls. I was actually VERY impressed with the sportsmanship displayed by both teams. After the game, the Navasota team actually joined the Bellville team at mid-field for a prayer and then both teams, as a group, faced our stands as our band played our School Song. It all seems so trivial though...I am just heartbroken over the events of the day. May those children rest in peace may God be with their parents.

I guess you could say this is part of a ride vehicle; not anything to do with transportation.
