It is on a building in the fake landscape.

Okay...let me see if I can describe the spot I'm thinking of ; coming from the back (Lights, Motors, Action area), walking toward NY skyline; on the right is a theater type building, I think with flags on the awning...there are black & white tiles in the front.

That is the one. When I get home tonight I post the full pic
