On my Apple Watch, I use "Snow Sports" for shovelingCross training done! Snowshoeing is the closest activity I could find on my watch.

My PT has changed the exercises every two weeks but the current rotation is 3 super sets (do exercises in sequence with no rest between exercises for each set) of the following:What do you do for ankle mobility? I was also sad when she switched to her own app, but the amount of content she provided for free is amazing. I can't blame her for trying to become more profitable via an app, even if it means I'll miss out on her new stuff sadly.My wife and I have done many Caroline Girvan workouts and enjoy them. We were disappointed when she stopped doing YouTube and created her own app/platform. Hopefully it's going well for her!
