I have been taking some time off around the weekends lately

so the last 3 weekends have all been long and I have another 4 day weekend next weekend

we are hoping to go to the water slides on Thursday hopefully it will not be to busy because the weather has been so hot its a good way to cool off

this weekend we went to a lot of store to check out the Halloween stuff the sprite of Halloween just opened also

She is SO cute! I'd be afraid to spend that much money on a GLASS pumpkin; be my luck I'd knock it over the first day and break it! Good for you...spend time with those kids; they grow and "leave you" (Allie leaves for Florida tomorrow; we have an extra 10 days with Katie before she moves into the dorm) in the blink of an eye! They'll remember these long weekends and the fun summers Dad and Mom gave them! I've had to severely restrain myself at the local shops (especially Hobby Lobby) the past few weeks! I want to fill my basket with "all things fall"! So anxious for that season to arrive and looking forward to pictures from Sara & Allie next week from Disney World of the fall decorations. They'll only be there 3, maybe 4, days so won't have a lot of time but hoping I get a few "pumpkin pictures".

By the way...sometime during the week of August 13-18 Amanda and Bryan will be in Vancouver! Not sure if they're "passing through" or staying a day but I DO know it's on their itinerary! Starting off somewhere on an island around Washington and traveling north.

No Sir, no cruise...they'll be doing the boat thing on whatever island they'll be at close to Washington. She mentioned something about whale watching but not 100% that's what the boat thing is. They'll just be exploring/touring your area and stay overnight before they do a little "road trip" exploring.
