PAINFUL day at the dentist today. Had to cut my gums to get the root of the broken tooth out. THREE "deadening shots" and I STILL felt it! Whole mouth is sore tonight; soup for dinner sure was good though. Now if I can just get rid of this tension headache!

On the other "side of the coin", Allie has managed to get her range up to 65% already but her knee IS a little sore. Told her she might need to lay off a little tomorrow; sounds like she's overdoing it a little!

I've been waiting for that response! But you WILL have to admit, last February's temps in the single digits was pretty cold! And you always forget to factor in our humidity; we have SO many "northerners" tell us our "cold" is so much different than "their cold". Amanda goes to Colorado in January and wears flip flops! She says a temperature in the 20's in Colorado feels like our high 50's here! No matter...I LOVE the "cold"...except when I have to sit out in for soccer or football! It's REALLY hard to take pictures when arthritic fingers get cold...hand and fingers just don't work! Snow top mountains in your picture are beautiful though!

Thanks for the hug; it was NOT fun. But then when I think about the extra $1200 it would have costs to be "put under" I had to deal with it! Still sore today where she gave me one of the shots but getting used to it. The temporary stays in until Dec. 29th when she takes it out (not sure how THAT'S going to work ) and puts the final bridge in. Allie had a little issue today too. She decided she wanted to take the bandage off and shower. Everything was going fine until the "last 2 turns" of the bandage when Sara discovered one side of the staple had come out and the other side was still in! Allie was freaking out! She called the doctor and they'll need to see the nurse tomorrow so she can put a strip on it. If not it will leave a really funky scar. Sara said at least it was healing nicely otherwise!
