I'm assuming it's a zebra but can't figure out the "24"...it looks so "amateurish"; almost like graffitti. Is it "statue"?

BINGO! It's the Kali storage lockers and the crop is from a peacock. The only thing I have a hard time remembering is Epcot countries that have been guessed. The rest is pretty easy and if I have a question I go back and find the answer.

Yes this is on the outside of the Castle next to where you can check in for CRT. It's a little far away.
