I briefly read over the sports thing last night; was it maybe like an NBA tournament or something like that.

I know it was basketball and that's one of the sports I pay NO attention too! There was also some talk about soft openings for AP holders which would include Sara and the girls. Amanda and other "graduation party trip" participants" wouldn't be able to go but at least Allie could get her "graduation trip" in. Wouldn't be much of a "party" trip since HER friends wouldn't be able to go either but it would be something. I'm 99% sure it won't happen but she has reservations at her #1 DVC, WL, so she's not cancelling anything...she's leaving it up to Disney to cancel so it benefits her when they give "perks" for cancelling. I firmly believe some sections will open in the next 6 weeks. Disney (as well as all business) can't keep up this financial hit. Heck...for some it would just be nice to be able to have a few relaxing days at one of the fabulous resorts with a side trip to Disney Springs!
I'm totally with you on local business opening too. We have
12 cases in our county; why should our stores remain closed. I can wear a mask if I want to go into Coco and Duckies or Treasure Craft and I know better than to pick up every item in those stores and contaminate it!

You hit the "nail on the head" too with the gas situation...there's no place to store it anymore because it's not being used. I filled up my gas tank on March 20th and I'm still at 3/4's of a tank. We laugh when we see the Facebook post..."I got
3 weeks to the gallon" but it hurts. A lot of friends and neighbors in the oil and gas industry around us and they're in dire shape now. Yes...New York, Chicago, larger cities with multiple cases and deaths should stay in "lock down" but "rural America" should get back to "semi-normal".
I'm a member of the "at risk" group; I should be the one staying home and protecting myself...why should my younger family members and neighbors be forced to give up their lives. They know how to wash their hands and cover their faces when they cough!

It's called "PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY"!
