No Ma'am, not a restroom. I'll narrow the area down ... it will be in the Muppet area of Echo Lake.

Is it a stocking? Something on the balloon? (Is that still there?)

Correct, not directly related to Muppets, Mama Melrose, Pizza Planet or not directly related to a shop, attraction or food service and it's not a stocking or the balloon. I guess you COULD say it's sorta related to It's a Wonderful Christmas but only because it's "Christmas related" and because it's close to that shop. I took this photo last November so I'm assuming, as of now, it's still there so not from the original Streets of America but this area is similar to what used to be the "Streets of America".

He is in a shop in the MK. But not the Town Square gift shop. I don't know where that shop is!? But I know which shop he was in and it's wasn't the Town Square gift shop.

I'm assuming you meant Terri, not Diane, right? I didn't see an answer from Diane and it looks like you're in the Confectionery. Can you tell us more about him? I don't recognize his clothes and didn't realize there was a choir. I think you said he was on the way to "choir practice"; always learning new features of Main Street!
