Lazy morning for us ; Redstorm and her friend went to "work out" at the high school track and they're now enjoying the pool while I have my morning coffee and "play" on Disboards. Gotta love summer vacation! Need to get to that list of chores though...; here's a new crop ....

I will go with the swiss family tree house?

I'm having serious Disney withdrawals. Last year at this time we were getting ready for our trip. I wanna go back

YOU AND ME BOTH ON THE DISNEY WITHDRAWALS especially now that I'm packing for this weekend! Next week will be even worse since I'll have to pack AGAIN for Las Vegas! Almost the same schedule as last year; weekend in Galveston for Dance Nationals and then last year the following Tuesday was the day we left for Disney World. That was SUCH A FUN TRIP...I still "see" you, Don and the kids standing in line at Soarin' as we walked up on the other side! We hadn't "met" yet but I knew as soon as I laid eyes on you who you were! I still say you and I should do solo trips ; our families wouldn't miss us, WOULD THEY???

Doing a little cleaning and then going out to enjoy the pool. Have to do laundry too but I'll do that later.

Is this from the display near Pirates of the Caribbean?

Diane....laundry can wait...pool is more important! I did manage to get some pool time in this afternoon before Redstorm "put my brain to work". She worked for 3 hours on college applications again and her head was only about "50% into it" ! We both struggled on how to word what she was trying to say on the essay part!

I THOUGHT it looked familiar and when Jeff named the GF "bells went off". I was working on a crop WITH THIS VERY SAME PICTURE last night! Go figure! So I'll stop guessing but make the rest of our players work for the answer! Jeff named the resort but now the location in the resort needs to be named...

That trip was so fun. It was funny because as we were walking to Soarin I thought I saw Allie but then I lost her and then saw you in line. Next trip we will have to go at the same time. It was great meeting up with everyone. My kids would disown me if I went without them.

She's getting frustrated filling out the applications! They take WAY to long! Soccer coaches from the University of Arkansas and another college in Missouri (can't remember which one) have requested applications and visits. The one she worked on today basically locks in her soccer recruitment; she really didn't want to do that until she visited MIT but the coach was putting pressure on her. A&M is her top first choice for academics but if the visit to MIT is promising for soccer that will become her TOP choice for academics AND soccer. Since A&M is a State school, with her ranking in her class, she's automatically accepted but she really, REALLY wants to play soccer and there's no room for her on their soccer team. (Don't know if I ever told you but former Dallas Cowboy Emmitt Smith's daughter plays for the A&M soccer team AND his son is considering the school for football! Would be SO cool having her for a teammate!) I just don't want her to go to school SO far away from home...BUT...I could come visit YOU when we'd fly to Boston for games! ✈

We both did Soarin' after rope drop that morning; that was our first day there! That just worked out perfectly that morning but then the dang rain messed up our afternoon meet in Germany. We were all SOAKED and so ready to go back and change into dry clothes after we ate at Teppan Edo's! My family wouldn't disown me...they'd just make me feel GUILTY AS HELL for going without them ...especially Katie! She's a "true actress" and can "put on that long, sad, crying face" that makes you want to give her ANYTHING she asks for!
