So Emily mom passed away from her Cancer on Halloween night. She passed in her sleep listening to music so she was in no pain at the time.

We got the call right when I was going to bed so we has to rush over to her aunts house because Emily was the executor of the will and also how power of attorney, she was the one who had to sign the papers for the corner people top come and take her mom way.

Seven months ago Emily went to with her mom in the ER after having difficulty breathing they were expecting a diagnosis of pneumonia and what we got was a shock. Stage 4 lung cancer. Her mom fought through and did everything the doctors suggested. Unfortunately she became weaker and treatment was no longer an option.

So, so sorry Jeff. That's tough. I know she will be missed but, after a rough 7 months, she is finally pain free and at peace. Cancer kinda "sneaks up" on you...remember my cousin Cheryl? Six years younger than ME and her cancer was found after she had a stroke. It's shocking, scary, tiring, painful, consumes your life but there is a great sense of peace when the fight is done. Huge hugs to Emily, you and the kids.
