Holiday cookie and candy making DONE! 14 pizza size sugar cookies; chocolate covered cherry cookies; Mexican wedding cookies; chocolate covered peanuts; mint, chocolate and almond bark; white chocolate "ting-a-lings" and peanut butter balls all ready to be "gifted" to co-workers, teachers, dance instructors, chiropractor, neighbors, friends and relatives. Now it's on to the Christmas cards....

I haven't even started my baking yet. I'll do some this weekend. I still have to finish up my Christmas shopping.
I am on vacation until January 2.

...and today is Nick's special day too! I'm getting the LAST Christmas gift after lunch when I run errands and then I can start wrapping...my favorite part of the preparations! Redstorm's been done since Tuesday...she was exempt from her finals...the Princess and Sara finish today. Amanda is working tomorrow and then she's closing the shop until January too...they're headed for Colorado after Christmas. Enjoy your 2 weeks...congratulate Nick from us and good luck with your baking/shopping over the next 3 days!
