Hi, all! Just read the last couple of pages, so not all caught up, but congrats to the new cheerleader! Where in Boston is the older one planning to go? (I live a little south of there, and it's a wonderful area! Her "Texas" will be well-received.)

It's been awhile! Glad to see you back again! She is seriously considering applying to MIT ; SAT scores aren't quite high enough yet to apply but it's been a year since she took that and she thinks she can ace the ACT. Her BFF got a 31 (I think she said the highest you COULD score is 35-36) and she's 99% sure she can top her. She's already expressed interest to the soccer coach and he's invited her to visit. Downside...MIT doesn't offer her major, meteorology but she's willing to change a math major and would get her Masters in meteorology from Texas A&M. She's not a huge fan of cold weather...it's just not "in our Southern blood"...and she would be a LONG way from home but knowing you and Diane would be close would sure help! Thanks on the "new cheerleader" ; she certainly has the "personality" for it...and the LOUD MOUTH! They're celebrating right now at her 2nd favorite Japanese restaurant, ShoGuns, since she'll MISS Teppan Edo at DW!

I was under the monorail track between The Living Seas and The Land! The reflection was from the little "coin ponds" below ; I always like to hang out in that area for a time so I can get a picture of the approaching monorail!

SUPER NEWS DD was able to move their DW vacation back a week so our little cheerleader CAN go! Redstorm was disappointed since now here BFF can't but SO glad for the Princess. They had to give up their Copper Creek stay but booked a split stay between Old Key West and Kidani/Savannah view. DD wasn't exactly happy about Kidani again but it just worked out that way. Seems like the vacation club bookings at AKL are ALWAYS available ...it's just not as popular as the other Vacation Club resorts which works out for last minute changes!

That's great news she was able to change it so Katie can go. How long is the spring break vacation, will moving it back a week interfere with school? When are they going?

This is for summer vacation in June; they're going to visit a college in Louisiana over spring break. Works out perfectly; Redstorm can take another SAT on June 1st and the ACT on the 8th in Katy area instead of having to take it in Florida the morning of the day they were to be leaving. AND...the air fare was cheaper traveling on Tuesday's instead of the weekend; they'll be going June 11-18 and we'll have National's Dance Convention and Las Vegas in July.
