OK...haven't checked back on ANY answers so this is a real "shot in the dark" ~ would this be in AK or maybe AKL? Can't tell if it's a picture of African tribe masks or something we'd see in Adventureland.

Cha-Ching; Cha-Ching; Cha-Cing ; I'm in deep trouble; visit to oral surgeon yesterday is already costing me a "trip to DW", but the oral surgeon will be able to go ; guess I'm going to have to start getting the change out DH's pockets every evening! She's adorable and can't wait to show DGD's when they arrive at Mimi's after school!

Mine is not one of the little carts/artists in any country. It is always there now, and it's relatively new (I took the picture during our trip last december). It does not move.

I saw Sophia today too. She is targeted at 2-7 year old girls. She has big eyes and looks a little like Japanese anime (I hope you know what I mean because I don't think that's how you spell it. ) I'm sure they are trying to hit that since it is popular now (for some unknown reason not my thing)

It is between Canada and Mexico, in the entrance area to World Showcase. It is outside.

How about the Festival Center? Is that in WS?

Not sure what the Festival Center is. Is that what the old Odyssey Restaurant is during festivals?? If so, then no, it is not there.

Or perhaps you are referring to the pavilion between canada and UK that was the home of the Milennium village all those years ago??? not there either.

My guess is that it wasn't there when I was there. That there was a topiary there for the Food and Wine show at the time. Is it in one of the landscaping around the entrance?
