I thought it looked like Mary Blair. I do love her work. One of my prize possessions is my set of Mary Blair coffee cups. Is it in the Contemp. Resort where her beautiful mural is located? Is it in a park? MK? Is it outside? Not part of an attraction, shop or restaurant?

Yes, it is at the CR, as part of the gingerbread tree at the base of the mural. When I posted it, I cropped out the tree thinking the IASW backdrop was part of the mural I never noticed... oops.
