So we all got half a sandwich for our lunch and a spoonful of pasta salad. The sandwiches on the platter were all cut in half and there wasn't enough for everyone to have a whole sandwich. DH was making fun of me all day, he had his party today too. They had it catered. Steak tips, chicken, ribs, sausage and a bunch of sides and desserts. He got a jacket, sweatshirt, gift card a raise AND A NICE CHRISTMAS BONUS. That will be deposited right into the DISNEY FUND.

OMG...only HALF a sandwich and a spoonful of pasta salad? The Grinch sure has a place in HER heart. Son-in-laws boss really "rubbed in" his successful year today too after that meager Christmas bonus for his employees...he drove up today to show them all his NEW BOAT! Thank goodness for your DH's boss...MONEY IN THE DISNEY FUND! My DH doesn't get a bonus as a public employee but his boss did serve them a really good lunch of BBQ sirloin and all the trimmings so he was happy.

I hope y'all didn't buy her a Christmas gift!!! I'd guess that "punishment" was her reasoning too. Agree to pot luck next year and each one of you bring HALF A SANDWICH AND A SERVING OF PASTA SALAD! Tell DH there's nothing more important than the Disney Fund so just "deal with it"!
