... and I'm the opposite! I'm having to "save" a couple things for 2016 birthdays. Scored BIG today on Amazon after getting an email this morning that a certain something (for Redstorm so can't say since she may be checking in since school is FINALLY winding down) was available ... at a "reasonable" price...not the $100-$150 asking price a few weeks ago. A couple of other things for the "kids" will be "pulled out" for birthdays too. I'm sure you won't have a problem "filling the void" ...if you're like me you just finally have to say...STOP!

I told Joe he wasn't allowed to buy any more presents. He would keep buying all the way up to Christmas if I let him, but I finally told him our bank account was at the limit. We got Belle's presents last night, and I THINK I am done too. I keep telling our UPS lady that I'm done, and then she'll come in with more packages I don't think she believes me anymore

Same here...I even told the lady at the grocery store yesterday I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN...until after Christmas! I'm expecting 1 more package...from Disney parks merchandise plus the "big score" from yesterday's Amazon purchase. Email says that was shipped yesterday but that will be a 2016 birthday gift so it doesn't have to arrive by the 24th. I hate the way I Christmas shopped this year ; I normally spread this out over the year but that didn't happen in 2015 and our bank account is suffering now too!

I'll take your rain over that 80 degrees Jeff! I DO NOT LIKE a hot Christmas. I've been known to set the thermostat on 65 just to make it FEEL like Christmas! Christmas morning should have a fire in the fireplace and the kiddos in robes and fuzzy slippers!

I live in Central Fl and we have had our A/C on all winter, if that's what you can call it. Still wearing shorts! Haven't even pulled the sweater out of the winter closet. Cooler weather is on its way, finally, at least for a few days, may get to open some windows, but back to A/C on Monday.

Jeff...you have an "excuse", being from Canada! It would be a "novelty" for you to wear shorts at Christmas! For us...and tltay...it's "semi-normal"! The sad thing is, this week it SEEMS like Christmas...highs in mid-60's with lows in high-30's...a BEAUTIFUL day today and I'm wearing a sweater! Christmas morning will be shorts and tee shirt!
