Brrrr...that's pretty chilly already! Sure was glad I took my light jacket to the games tonight too; needed it after half-time. Perfect Homecoming ... 29-7 victory.

Diane...our pool/swimming days are ending too. Absolutely beautiful fall day today and low tonight 58...tomorrow night 52. Don't think I'll be getting back in the water after that!

Yup nights have been in the low 40's. We've had our heat on for a few weeks now. I had my space heater on a work yesterday it was 62 in the office and the boss won't turn on the heat yet.

I'm surprised too that we have to shut the pool down; the last couple of years we've used it well into October. Nights have been cool and 80% of our back yard is shaded so the sun doesn't warm the water like it used to when the trees were small. Love the trees but that's the downside of a backyard full of them. I'm disappointed...loved my "water time"...

Are we surprised your boss hasn't turned the heat on? That's pretty "cool" for a work environment! In Texas, we call bosses like that "heifer's" ...!
