Where In The World 19.

That just about explains it! When my Dad and Uncle couldn't walk against the winds of Hurricane Carla (they struggled CRAWLING back to Grandma's house after the eye passed), I learned at a very young age how strong the winds are in a Cat. 3 or 4 hurricane. Guess that's why I have so much "respect" for those storms. :scared1: :tink:

Annie got it - the Casting building!

I assume it is part of the building and didn't just happen to be floating by when I took the picture? :confused3

I think that just might be the real balloon floating by.:rotfl: Great shot.:thumbsup2

That is the actual DTD err Disney Springs balloon up in the air. There is not a model balloon on the building. I was in that building just over a year ago for an interview. The position I applied for in Photography I would have to be retired to make it work or work would have to let me off for 3 months straight. I now will reapply when I retire. :woohoo:

MK? Shop on Main St and not Emporium?

Attraction, shop or food service?

MK or HS?

This is from an attraction in the MK; not on Main St. :tink:

I was thinking that area was labeled DTD (Disney Springs) and couldn't find a "balloon" on top of the building pictures I had either. I'm anxious to see the "new" Disney Springs; plans are to spend Sunday afternoon/evening there. We have lunch at 1:45 at Sci Fi and them I'm headed to DS...sure hope the weather isn't windy and the balloon is operating! :yay:. Which brings me to a question for Denise and Diane. Y'all have both stayed at PO French Quarter and Riverside. Which resort should we bus to from HS to catch the boat to DS? Which resort bus stop is close to the boat docking/loading area?:tink:

I have stayed at POFQ and walked around POR. Not sure if POR 1st bus stop is at the check-in building. If it does then either PO resort will be good. POFQ only has one bus stop. The docks are right behind the main building. So which ever bus is first to stop at HS jump on.

I've only stayed at POR, if I remember correctly the boat docks are behind the main building. :scratchin Don't know about the bus stops there we had a car. I'm really not much help.:rotfl:

Sounds good to me then. I want to visit both resorts (thinking about staying at one of these when DH & I make his "retirement trip"); wish we'd have time to walk through both resorts but don't think DD's and DGD's would go for that. MAYBE I can sneak off on my own :yay:; thinking that's possible...DGD's may want to ride R'n'R and ToT more than what we have FP's for. Thanks...info was helpful. :tink:

Our high for tomorrow is 52. Low of 40. Your pool water must be getting chilly.
