Some of you don't understand my love for football; it's part of being from Texas! This is the final night of the State High School Playoffs featuring the larger classes of schools in Texas. The 4 PM afternoon game broke a national attendance record with an attendance of 54,000+! We DO love our football down here! I've been watching since noon completing this task:

It gave me great pleasure to finally put the Sugar Cookie recipe back in the box for this Christmas baking season. 28 sticks butter; 21 cups sugar; 49 cups flour; 28 eggs; 7 sticks margarine and 56 cups powdered sugar and my 14 cookies are DONE!

Those are the BEST sugar cookies EVER! I've used the recipe since oldest DD was in kindergarten~30 YEARS ago!

You don't have the flu, do you? It's bad down here in Texas...and serious...numerous deaths in the Houston area. Enjoying your kids playing sports always helps though, doesn't it?

Sorry ladies, not from the Land. As I said on the first post, it would be really easy or kinda hard. It's not part of a sign or mural but part of it is tile.

It LOOKS mosaic from the spot I took the photo (it's small pieces of a material put together that forms a pattern); yes, it's in FW but not Spaceship Earth or The Land.

my weekend so far besides being sick still

picked up and built the crib and change table however the change table is an off white so now i ordered a new one and have to return the other one.



what i am doing with the strip is this.. but with lighter colors.




and with in the light green strip i am doing this idea.. but i am doing all winnie the pooh characters and scenery
