Good day today...lots of beach time but all good things must come to an end. Redstorm caught her first tarpon...around 60+ pounds! Not sure if her catch will "count" in the tournament ... since a "junior angler" has never caught a tarpon, there isn't a place "on the board" to enter her catch!
They're reviewing her catch video tonight and will let her know tomorrow. The rules are SO ridged we'll be surprised if it "counts" but she's excited she caught that sucker! Said she had to work HARD to get it reeled in! She's been off the boat 6 hours and still hasn't gotten her "land legs" back yet!

Now...on yours Denise...I'll add AK so all the parks are covered. I don't know where to start on guessing what/who/where!

I KNOW! She was one tired little girl last night after battling with that sucker! She did get recognized at the awards lunch today but no trophy...no division for Jr. Anglers catching tarpon ; apparently the "little people" aren't suppose to catch those big fish! One of the ladies on the judging committee told her she's been fishing those waters for 30 years and has never caught a tarpon!
