NOS = New Orleans Square in DLP (Disneyland Park)
BVS = Buena Vista Street in DCA (Disney California Adventure Park)

And I'm 99% sure that's in Court des Anges in New Orleans Square:

Interestingly, the Pirate's League is coming to DLP for a limited time (let's hope it stays!) and that's where it will be located .
